Lifted from aislingfae's LJ... I wasn't able to come up with answers to some of these, so I'll add them when I think of answers...
1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before?
--Went to a science fiction convention!
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
--I don't make resolutions, but I do set myself some goals.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
--Nope
4. Did anyone close to you die?
--Our next door neighbor, "Adele's" mom
5. What countries did you visit?
--The Imagi-Nation...
6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004?
--A satisfying, loving relationship with a nice young gentleman.
7. What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
--Hm. Nothing comes to mind...
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
--Putting my mind to getting something published
9. What was your biggest failure?
--Not getting it published yet.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
--Nope, nothing other than a cold/... and tentative diagnosis of Atypical Asperger's Syndrome
11. What was the best thing you bought?
--Toss up between my d20 and buying volumes of "The Sandman" (I am such a geek...)
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
--My dad for getting out of an abusive work environment.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?

--That sci-fi convention and allergy meds...
