I've been typing up several of these drabbles, since they're quick and easy to type. That and I had to go offline last night for a bit since we had a thunderstorm and since we're close to water, we routinely avoid using electronic communications since we once had our phone blown out by a lightning strike.



Another weird Muraki & Saki fic, this time featuring an older Muraki and a head-in-a-vat Saki. I'm also playing with a Nightmare Fuel-ish theory of mine, regarding Saki's condition. C'mon, this involves Muraki: he made the Nightmare Fuel page on TVTropes...

"Double Entrapment"

A greenish half-light. Cold. Darkness. Fluid surrounds him. Life support tubes grafted into his flesh. A scent like blood in his nostrils. Heartbeat? No. A pump throbbing.

Footsteps. A shadow. Light glinting off a gloating silver eye. A slow smirk. Eyes meet. A snarled promise. A memory recalled: she underneath him, screaming. A mewling plea from the pale whelp.

A fist hits the glass.

Who has who trapped? Even now, I'm still pulling the strings, Kazutaka...
