NaNoWriMo: Judgement Call

matrixrefugeeI pushed myself way too hard yesterday: When I woke up this morning, my throat was so sore, I could barely talk and I was feverish as well. My mom had to call in to work for me, which left me feeling horribly depressed, since that's four more hours that I lost. So I dragged myself back to bed and slept until three this afternoon.
I'm going to have to make a judgement call on this writing challenge. Considering the precarious state of my health, I don't think I should continue it until I'm better. Working at my day job is more important since that income, however slight, is more guaranteed. I'm not giving up on this novel -- I'm having waaaay too much fun writing the snarky exchange between "Morgan Rennes", "Tweazers", "Sticky Tape" and "Jill Dringenberg" as they tussle with "Mya Salinger" and her fanbrat cohorts, all the while dealing with a message board troll and the machinations of "The Corinthian", a malicious board regular bent on making the fight even messier, just for the sheer hell of it -- I'm just relaxing the challenge.
