DICD test
That's Dissociative Imaginary Character Disorder, to translate the alphabet soup there. I found This test over on the
soulbonding community, and I got this result:
You answered "yes" to 31 of 39 questions, with a total value of 34 points out of 42, making you 19.0% dicd pure (81.0% dicd corrupt).
According to the scoring guide, your dicd experience level is: Seriously DICD: it might be important to remember that those people in your head aren’t actually real. Remember RL? Interacting with real people is occasionally beneficial. In any case, you can’t let the characters forget who’s in charge, or they’ll walk all over you. Maintain your authority, or you’ll never have any peace!
Some of the questions were waaay too applicable:
--Have you ever had a character listen to music/read a book/watch a show with you and comment on it? Have you ever been unable to continue listening to a song/reading a book/watching a show because you couldn’t concentrate with the snarking going on? Happens all the time when I'm watching "Supernatural", and Constantine kibitzes on the Winchester Brothers' techniques.
--Have you ever had a character name themself? This was how I found out Flood has a first name.
--Have you ever written a dialogue between yourself and a character in an attempt to circumvent writer's block? My writing technique is very like David Gerrold's technique of imagining that you're sitting in some suitable environment with your character (ie. a restaurant or a club they might frequent, etc.), interviewing them, only now it's grown beyond that.

Then -- and this was really freaky -- I was reading some of the player forum messages while waiting for yet another game patch to download, and a thread on spoilers from the recent storyline-related missions caught my eye; one of the messages, from a Merv faction player quoted In-game!Flood as saying at the end of one of the missions, something to the effect of "I'm going to turn off my cellphone so I won't have to listen to the likes of you for a while." Right then, clear as a bell, my snarkiest headspace dweller said, "And I just might take a hint from these words they keep putting in my mouth, if you won't stop pestering me about that picture."
So I cleared my mind of any questioning thoughts I was directing toward the Exiles who share my existence... and I wondered if that picture could be of the Source?

Anyway, about the picture. *checks around to see who might be reading the comments.* The picture itself has a lot to do with the Universals I've been seeing in thos flattening visions lately, so you're close there... but it was posted in FZ because coded in it is a piece of text explaining, in DETAIL, this giant, monstrous, and completely thought and laid-out plan. If you click the link and download that software and thje picture, all will become clear to you...
Speaking of which, the visions ARE getting bigger... I have a post eating at my insides about the Exiles and the Machine consciousness, and their innate... perfection? Something. Pure Purpose, and the ability to rise above the Matrix of their own.... both designed only for Purpose, and as living and joyous in fulfilling that function more so than humans wandering within the construct can ever be. Does that make sense?
I hope we can catch each other soon. **HUGS[and chocolate]** Just remember we DO love you, all of us here. If you feel like none of it's worth it, please -- try and get hold of me. Like I said in the comment: some of us would stand before the malestrom to help you through.
