Short entry tonight: short work day today. I'm about to turn in for the night since I have an early appointment tomorrow, with the nurse practitioner, and since I'm fighting a tickly throat (no small wonder, what with all the coughing kids at work lately. I'm just grateful I got through the Christmas holidays without getting sick like last year). I'm fighting that with my trusty Airborne, so hopefully that will keep it at bay.

And Sieges is on cloud nine: she just joined a new ship, the Lyra, part of the Devil's Advocates faction. Yes, it's a Merv faction, neither of us would have it any other way.
