::Siiigh...::
Feb. 28th, 2006 06:12 pmWell, it looks like Lent will be off to an odd start tomorrow: I asked to have the day off because I had an appointment in Lowell (as I mentioned before, my appointment in Burlington today, with the nurse practitioner got cancelled), and I was looking forward to having two days off in a row... Because of the snowstorm that's supposed to hit on Thursday -- a storm that isn't even here yet and might just go out to sea or break up or something -- they want me to come in tomorrow as early as I can, and there's an outside chance I may not have to go in Thursday. Well, the earliest that I *COULD* make it will be at three in the afternoon, but that's if everything cooperates and I don't miss the 2.00 pm bus back home. *sigh*. I really don't want to lose the five hour shft on Thursday, and only get a three hour shift tomorrow in exchange.
On the plus side (sort of): Got back from a trip to Burlington just for the heck of it. Neo, you'll probably fwhap me for buying "The Path of Neo": I got it simply because I'm/we're curious about the extended Chateau scenes; His Unholy Highness is the most intrigued with the idea and he wants to see if the Marketing Brothers got anything else right, but the Snark Barrage Master has no interest in it whatsoever (because he isn't in it, of course...).

Date: 2006-03-01 07:12 am (UTC)Well, I have it. For mostly that reason: much like your guys and the MxO, I did NOT want to hear about my own LIFE in that format later, splahsed all over my F-list. The Chateau scenes ARE freaking amazing. Seriously. and accurate, if what I remember about the place holds true. *smirks at sudden mental image.* I've beaten it several times[I DID cry a lot,t hough], so let me know if you need any tips.
