Busy fic day
Aug. 15th, 2005 12:55 amWent to the noon Mass at St. Joseph's in Lowell, thus we were home earlier than usual. ::Looking down the archive:: As you can see, I've been busy writing/typing/posting fics. The drabble challenge is good for me: it's gotten the creative juices flowing when they'd started to run thin a little. The hard part was posting the last chapter of "The Smoke of Satan", since I felt that had come out a little thin, thus I wrote/added a new scene for it before posting it.
I managed to pull all this off in between the thunder showers that were running through all afternoon: At last, the wretched humidity is abating, and it's feeling cooler already.
I also found a lovely LJ new community which features a short bio of the saint of the day:
catholic_saints. I loved their entry on St. Maximilian Kolbe!
Unhooking for the night: I have an early start tomorrow since it's the holy day of obligation (The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary), and I have to get to Mass before I go to work. That and I have another "A.I." fic idea nibbling at me for tomorrow's challenge...
