NaNoWriMo Day Two, Part Two

Updated my word meter... whew! I hope I can keep up this pace, but I'm trying to surpass my daily 1,700 words, just in case I should happen to come up short here and there. It's gonna be tough come the week of the 20th, since that's Thanksgiving... and everyone will be buying turkeys and stuffing and cranberries and all the other goodies.
