Trying to catch up....

I have gotten so far behind with this journal, it isn't funny. I've been reading my friends page, but between work and faulty Internet connections, I haven't really been in much of a mood to post much here. Plus, finding out that LJ had changed the update page yet again was a little off-putting, but I'm adjusting to the new format.

I'm currently juggling between Lord Dunsany's "The King of Elfland's Daughter" and St. Alphonsus Di Ligouri's "The Incarnation and Nativity of Our Lord Jesus Christ" (the latter I've been meaning to read at Christmas for a long time, the former just sort of jumped out at me when I was at the library earlier this week).

The gals at work had their Christmas party Thursday, at Rocco's, a family-owned Italian restaurant here in town.
