I *might* donate a kidney or some stem cells (derived via liposuction) to someone who needed them, and I've donated my hair once to Locks of Love (a group in Florida who make wigs for kids who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment or a genetic-linked disorder that causes their hair to be patchy and brittle), but I would never sell any of my organs.
