"A Little bit of Lambert on the lam..."
Aug. 4th, 2004 09:37 pmI've been a bit under the weather trying not to think about the fact that recently I marked the 5th anniversary of the break-up of my engagement... So, I've been cheering myself up poking around online finding photos of Lambert Wilson... Yum...

From "Timeline", looking especially dashing in armor and with a VanDyke beard. Wish I could find a pic of him smooching Frances O'Connor...

A decidedly idealized drawing...

Every guy looks great wearing a fedora...

Nice casual look, but I suspect the photographer was *shorter* than him...

From a CD liner. I never knew he sang... but he's got such a great speaking voice, it stands to reason...

Not bad for a semi-dead on close-up shot...

Another interesting pose...

Looking especially yummy: shades and a VanDyke beard... rrrRRAOW!
And a few "Matrix" related shots, ones you don't see often...

Okay, not specifically from "The Matrix", but since the girl reminds me a leetle of Monica Bellucci, so I was playfully calling this "Persephone and the Merovingian in an earlier version of the Matrix"

With Carrie-Anne Moss at the North American "Matrix Reloaded" premiere.

And last but certainly NOT least, two photos of him as the Merovingian... SHLURRRPP!!!!!

Date: 2004-08-14 11:16 am (UTC)I also come bearing gifts in return. I think you might like my LJ. I scrolled back as I was looking for this link and realized that I haven't posted much besides comments about Lambert Wilson's films and/or photos all summer, especially after his concerts in June. Meeeerde.
So...

And yes, he sings divinely. A swoon-inducing baritone voice. *nyah nyahs as clings to her Démons et Merveilles cd* ;) In other words, I'm surprised you haven't found it via Merv yet, but http://www.lambert-wilson.com should entertain you if my LJ doesn't. *Mervy, highly amused smirk*

Date: 2004-08-14 05:21 pm (UTC)Hey, feel free to use what you need/want! That's one reason I put 'em there, for any other Lambert/Merv groupies, so they won't have to go crazy rooting through Google or AltaVista. There's a few more I might post eventually.
I actually had an alternate caption for the "Timeline" photo:
"From the earliest version of the Matrix. Too bad subsequent reloads forced the Merovingian to lose the chain-mail and chin-beard look."
