The beginning of a new era in my web connection

The guys from Verizon are just about finished here: I've got a fancy new modem perched on the back of my desk now, it's little green indicator lights winking and blinking away, and I've been cruising the Web speedily while the crew runs a few tests on the power supply. No more dial-up slowage! I'm finally able to listen to the lovely Eternal Word Television Network's Internet radio stream from the comfort of my home, instead of having to trek to the library to listen to it for maybe 45 minutes at a time. And I'll be checking out some friends' videos very soon. Thank you, Lord!

I'll admit, part of the reason I've been invisible from AIM has everything to do with getting wrapped up in the MxO, I'm afraid. But, I'll definately be posting here more often, now that my connection is a load more reliable and swift!
