Sorry for another long silence... I've been nose-deep reading Richelle Mead's wonderful "Vampire Academy" (Utterly fun: I've seen some adult novels that were less-well-written than this one; I love the main characters -- to a certain Faire Damsel, I think you'd love this one: the character Lissa makes me think of you a *lot*) and working (remind me to post about some kids and a windowshade), and I've also been a bit pre-occupied with things going on in the MxO. Us Mervs won last night's hovercraft battle by default since the stupid Machinists never showed up; this puts me/Sieges at one little point away from making first rank.

I'd also like to ask you folks to keep me in your prayers; I gotta do a tough-love sort of thing for a member of the faction I'm co-running in MxO, and I'm feeling more than a bit unsure of myself about it.

Also... does anyone know where I can find some good LJ icons of Mick St. John from "Moonlight"?
