Thanks a *LOT*, Amazon, you fail at freedom of speech

By now, most of you have probably heard about the Amazonrank debacle. I'll start by posting Neil Gaiman's entry on this inane incident.

Supposedly, it's "a glitch", according to Amazon.com's PR wonks. If it's a glitch, it's a really well-targeted one, and gee, how did books on "curing" homosexuality come to be at the very top of the list, if one searches the "homosexuality" tag? I'm filing that alongside the books on curing your eye color or your skin tone...
