I've been a bit under the radar this weekend: spent much of Saturday cleaning and writing that last bit of Neon Enoch Evangelion and trying to write another. I didn't get it posted on time because I was juggling writing with chatting in IRC with some folks from the Eva Geeks forum ( :: Waves:: ). Something rather shocking happened during that chat: they've been running their own "Rebuild" of Evangelion, via RP and since I'm one of the few openly professed Fuyutsuki-philes, they offered me the role since the guy who's currently playing the part is focusing more on a character of his own creation. I feel the way Michael Ross (VA in the dub version of the movies) must have felt when he was asked to step in for Guil Lunde (VA in the TV series dub [Which gets interesting because in the Director's Cut episodes, ADV managed to locate Guil Lunde again, and his delivery reminds me more of Michael Ross's than his own original take on the character, and Michael Ross had done a close study of the character and Guil Lunde's performance in preparing for the role...])

Well, that was a geeky ramble... :: laughs:: Yesterday was a day of resting and jotting down ideas for upcoming chapters in a certain ambitious fanfic epic; also we went out for ice cream at Sully's in Chelmsford: pumpkin ice cream FTW.

Also hung out in CoH for a while: we've managed to raise enough Prestige to build a workshop in our base. And while I have yet to create the character, Enniel Prussot, my Grigori "Mafia don", is starting to take a peek into Paragon City.
