For what it's worth, I think the punctuation tests are questionable. For several of them, BOTH answers are right, depending on who you ask. I, for example, use commas before "and" at times where I feel it's right.
But hey, don't listen to me. I bombed most of the test. ^_^
I think it's my weak spot since I grew up reading a lot of old books (not just the stories were older, the books themselves were older editions) with slightly different grammar/punctuation standards.
