Is it me or the computer? I keep getting clobbered by Miniclip.com's stupid, hopelessly cheap games, and it's making me nervous. I know my hand-eye coordination ain't that great, and I was hoping this would help, but it only seems to be making it worse. And it doesn't seem to be doing anything for my depression either. And now it's making me wonder if I'll be any good at the MxO.

::Shuddering at the prospects...wishes she were a normal person with normal hand/eye coordination...::

It has to be the computer. There's no way you could be getting clobbered by games! It has to be the computer and games as co-conspirators against you.

Hopelessly cheap= not programmed very well, slow to mouse-click reactions, and a whole host of other problems. Free games often have this issue- it's not like the designers are being paid royalties everytime someone plays them. So don't take it too hard, free online games aren't exactly something to gauge your self-worth by.

I agree.
Don't worry too much about it. And if you feel that you're beginning to get depressed about them, maybe you should leave them for a while. They're not worth getting upset over.

Sorry to say -- I honestly didn't expect this THERE, of all places.

So much for common sense.

That was from Tilly: she's one of the rare resident narrow-minded wankers on the group. I speak from experience, since she once went after me for making a reference to the fact that I'm a practising Catholic. Don't take her too seriously: she's like this to a lot of people.

Well, I replied: nothing TOO scathing, but my programmer-ego burns at having someone tell me about 'bugs' in Tots. Since, as Trin says, I apparently 'speak machine language like some people speak Spanish', it irks me... because things are left for a reason. [And I COULD fix them in four minutes, actually. Guh.] Thing worries me, is she's a friend-of-a-friend of a friend of one of my psycho exes, judging by LJ... and if anything TOO viciously mocking starts up, I'm out of GAFF. Not a weenie... I've just had FAR too much of that this year for my health.
