...I'm just curious.
Just got back from the library in town and among other things I got:
--The Idiot's Guide to Ghosts and Hauntings (perfect time of year, non?).
--Mastering the Tarot (I'm twiddling with a fortune-teller character for DegSep, and I wanted to learn a little bit about it for information's sake).
--Margot Adler's "Drawing Down the Moon", an interesting look at Wicca/Neo-Paganism in America, though I'm finding it a little anNOYing to read, since she has this maddening uber-feminist way of spelling stuff. The infamous "womin/wymyn" thing that looks like a fanbrat trying to be OMGAWTHYCK!!1111
--Diana Wynne Jones's "Howl's Moving Castle", the basis for the Hayao Miyasaki anime, which I still haven't seen.
--Sarah Brightman's "La Luna" album: I've already listened to the title track, a reworking of the "Song to the Moon" from Dvorak's opera "Rusalka", one of my all-time favorite operas... because it's kinda my story: I'd say more, but I don't want to sound like my fantasy life is overactive. Not that it isn't already.
