Near-panic attack

Happened at work today... I was supposed to work a seven-hour shift this afternoon, but that turned into a three-and-a-half hour shift, when I had a near-panic attack. I was hyperventilating, my heart was racing and I was ready to burst into tears, after dealling with this fussy old biddy who had to get nit-picky about how her dry dog-food boxes got bagged. Next thing I know, "Mike the Angel", who's been filling in for the Frenchman, and this earth-mother of a woman who'd been next in line after the fussy old biddy, were helping me to a seat nearby. I ended up doing what usually happens: I started crying profusely and apologising just as profusely. Mike let me take a breather until I felt a little more like myself, then asked me what I thought I should do. I admitted I've been under a lot of stress lately, and that I felt it was best if I took it easy. I still ended up apologizing for messing up so horribly...

EDITED TO ADD: Oh yeah... and the icon for this entry is based off another screenshot on another official event thread, only in that case, the person who took the screenies had removed the name tags, so unfortunately, no one knew who that little girl peering from under the brim of her fedora was.
