Your home also includes a roost for griffons. You've never actually seen a griffon, but you keep the roost ready anyway. Your guests enjoy your home theater with hi-def plasma screen TV, and the thrones you watch it from. Outside is the moat that protects your home from goblin invaders and extended family. Mom had an appointment with her therapist in Salem, NH, so I poked around the Barnes & Noble up there, and finally got my hands on a copy of the wonderful new "Supernatural" tie-in "The 'Supernatural' Book of Monsters, Spirits and Demons". Tons of info on the spooks the Winchester Brothers have tussled with, and quite a few different ones, which gets me curious about what critters they'll be facing off against this year:

Also got two little resin gargoyles at the Target in Salem: we were doing a little Hallowe'en stuff-looking -- Dad specifically wanted to show us a skeleton bride and groom that sing Sonny and Cher's "I Got You Babe"; he'd even dubbed them "Sonny and Cher" -- and since they were low-priced and there's no sales tax in New Hampshire, I couldn't resist.
