No NaNoWriMo for me...

Though I had been entertaining thoughts of writing a novel based on Sieges's adventures. I'm afraid I'm bowing out of it, since last year wound up being a fiasco: caught a cough, had to work extra hours because of Thanksigiving, had to take care of my mom once she caught said cough, had to cook Thanksgiving dinner, etc. If I didn't work in retail, this wouldn't be a problem.

Anyone know of a good alternative?

I'm writing one short story every day instead of a novel; it's quicker and feels more productive. You could do that too if you want.

I agree with the above- like your 31 Days group or whatever. I do like to read your stories, you give a wonderful "voice" to the people you create.
