MxO update: Seraph
Jan. 28th, 2007 05:02 pmBeen a while since I posted about the main storyline in the MxO...
Seraph seems to be sleeping with the fishes, but no, us in the goth-themed Mafia family (ie. the Devil's Advocates) had nothing to do with it. A bunch of Commandoes -- paramilitary-looking Exiles who work for a mysterious Exile known as the General, who's been trying to topple the Merv -- captured Sati off the Oracle's fire escape, and Seraph dove after them, only to be hauled to a watery grave.... if he's dead, that is. WGAnubis isn't taking this completely seriously, until Seraph's body has been produced; hey, someone with the name of a death god who's got a reaper program lodged in his brain should know about these things, right? Besides, Seraph's a program, and thus easier to bring back than a human would be.
And of course, the stoopid Zionites are blaming it all on the Merv's people. Wrong Exile, kiddies!
On top of that, there has been talk that an E Pluribus Neo crew picked up a signal from Morpheus's ship, in the Real... He might still be out there, and I've always suspected he was, but we'll see about that: we need confirmation that he's returned to Zion, first. Anything else could be a trick.
