NaNoWriMo Day Nine: Chugging along nicely

I've been trying to get a bit of a word-cushion in, since... I'm not running short on material to spin my story from, but I am going to need to work on creating a new character to get the gist of the introductory section of the game. You can only skip around and cull material from the chat logs and screenshots you have on hand before you need to go back and get back to basics. I still got plenty of time left, but I would like to get a good word-cushion in before Thanksgiving week, and while we have a late Thanksgiving this year, it's still on the way and I can't afford to get into a lull.
