Post NaNoWriMo depression?

Haven't been sleeping well and I've been draggy at work the past three days. The euphoria from my first NaNo win seems to have worn off and now comes the gritty reality of editing. I'm taking the advice of more than one person on the NaNo site and I'm letting the typescript sit until after Christmas/sometime in January. I've got till June next year to redeem the lovely confirmation code for a free proof of the book, from a POD service connected to Amazon.com. But right now, I just feel frazzled and shaky...

I've heard of others experiencing the same symptoms, so you're by no means weird/alone in this.
