A Good Night at Work
Oct. 16th, 2004 11:52 pmThe Frenchman came through again: I'm officially a "PM Sacker", according to the schedule. He must have put in my transfer from the bakery to the front end recently. And, fortunately or unfortunately, I have more hours: about 18 hours this week just around the corner, though that may drop to 17 hours since I have an appointment on Tuesday afternoon and I may end up getting to work late. I ran that past him and he was perfectly okay with that.
And it seems I am now the Queen of Overstocking, or "un-shopping" as my dad calls it (ie. putting back the stuff people decided they didn't want/need, and-or which they left in the wrong department/wrong aisle.). Last night and tonight, I spent most of my time doing overstock. Not that it bugs me! I much prefer it over sacking and having to endure listening to the anNOYing teenagers talking about their lustlife -- I mean, lovelife.
