The Matrix Refugee now owns Da Box!!!

If I haven't described my family's habit of gift-giving at Christmas, I'd better explain it: We give our gifts to each other in the manner of "The 12 Days of Christmas", one gift per person, per day until January 6th, Epiphany/the Feast of the Three Kings/"Little Christmas" (I believe it's an old French custom; yes, I am *cough* 1/4th French *cough* by way of Canada, so that softens the blow...). So... my folks' gift to me on this the Eleventh Day of Christmas:

And there's a snow/ice storm coming, so who knows but I might get sent home from work early, if a state of emergency is declared (this happened once when I was working in the other store. Remind me to tell you the story of The Wild Ride someday...). I'll be all set!

My mother's grandmother on her... dad's side (I think) was born in Prince Edward Island before her family moved down here about, plus my dad's mom was part French (not sure if she was French-Canadian or French from France: we were never really close with her).
