4: What are you studying/What are you working as: Constantly studying my faith (Catholicism)/trying to get back into being a social worker after a long disability hiatus.
5. What makes you happy: Being with my fiance, family and friends. My faith.
6. What are you listening to now/have listened to last: The TV in the background.
7. What is particularly good/bad about my LJ: I like that you are honest about sharing your feelings and thoughts. There's nothing bad. :)
8. An interesting fact about you: I legally changed my surname in 2008 to my mother's maiden name, because my father was abusive and the sound of his name was, let's just say, not music to my ears. I never regretted it and had her blessing. I also added two other names to my middle one: Marie Oceana. Marie for the Blessed Virgin and because it's a family name, Oceana because I've always felt a pull to the Ocean and "Star of the Sea.".
9. Are you in love/have a crush at the moment: I'm engaged and very much in love, yes.
10. Favorite place to be: With my fiance, napping. :)

RECOMMEND
1. A film: "St. Bernadette of Lourdes" by Navis Pictures. Check it out here: http://www.navispictures.com/category_s/20.htm. It's wonderful, made by a family company by an all-children cast (ages 3-17), with little to no acting experience. We loved it. Catholic or non-Catholic, it's a great movie for the whole family, seriously!
2. A book: "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn" by Betty Smith. It's been my favourite book since I was thirteen.
3. A song: "One" by U2, since I just quoted it. It's heart-wrenchingly beautiful.
4: A band: U2! I am going to see them on the 29th, I can't wait! They have been my favourite band (besides The Doors and Queen) since I was a teenager.
