Where was I last night?

...In the dark, that's where! A strong snow/windstorm blew through last night, dumping another six inches of snow on us and knocking out the power on my street. I was in the middle of IM'ing my buddy Puck, when I was about to send her a line saying that if I suddenly disappeared, it was because the lights had gone out, since they'd blinked earlier that evening. So I spent most of last night writing with a flashlight tucked under my chin: I managed to get some substantial work done on various bits and pieces of "The Other Half of the Equation", the fanfic I started in conjunction with Laurie's "Degrees of Seperation" fanfic/RP. Plus, I hacked out a few more things for "The Smoke of Satan in Your House", the "Constantine" fanfic I mentioned last time... Well, the lights came back on sometime during the night, but even still, we had to pile blankets on the beds since the power loss knocked out the circulator on our hot water heating system.
