Shopping and a jumble of feelings

Did a little shopping-therapy: I got myself a navy-blue blouse with a white and pink flower print, marked down at K-Mart's merging-with-Sears sale.

I'm still jumbled up inside. The Houseparty is still quiet, except for a little chatter from Ref (She got a little gushy over a purple Care Bear I spotted at K-Mart). Still having trouble writing, so I've been reading a lot lately... re-reading the "Sandman" books in my library, listening to *hopefully* inspiring music... nothing yet.

Here's some advice. Start doing something where you would prefer an empty head. Characters are almost vocal when you least want them to be. In the past I've had characters butt in during exams and have running commetaries during movies.
