Had to take a mental/physical health day from work today, thanks to my monthly. I'll let these lyrics from a Matchbox 20 song speak for me.

((hugs)) I've been there..just wanted to lend my support.
Forgive me if i am overstepping my boundaries, but in a previous entry you had mentioned possibly getting help for your depression..how is that going? Just asking as i have been through the process (and go through it..)and am here to listen if you need.
